*Hormone Replacement Therapy Protocol: Patients are required to pay a follow up fee of $75 six months after starting therapy and then on a yearly basis. The Follow up will include lab work and a physician patient telemedicine appointment. Medications will not be dispensed if a patient does not follow this protocol*

Testosterone Transdermal Gel is an alternative to Testosterone injections.
